but my desktop received’t connect with the router or maybe the modem both via ethernet direct cable, usb or wirelessly I'm stuck and don’t know where by to show now. have unistalled firwall and virus (following doing checks!) cann’t see any purpose why adawre or spy ware would truly test to prevent me connecting. does anybody have any ideas?I
